Creating a new life by writing your heart out

It all started here, the Eclectic Papercraft Art, and a strong desire to make a living doing what I love.

“Do what you love, love what you do, and the money will follow” – That was the mindset.

But it’s a journey, and mine once again took a turn into the School of Hard Knocks, and by now, everything turned into a lesson.

Three years ago, this universe made me go on a journey that pushed me into the world of e-commerce, and all my craft supplies had to be packed and stored away in a storage room.
I knew nothing about e-commerce and still have a lot to learn, but I’ve learned that the internet is filled with lies and fake appearances, which led me to a couple of bad investments.
However, after creating a couple of websites and trying different things in the last years, and after years of debating if I should buy this domain or not, I finally decided to take the plunge and make this website the home for the artist in me.

Writing To Heal The Heart

Many years ago, I started journaling as a way to get rid of the old stories stored in my body and mind.
Repetitive thoughts that were taking precious space in my mind and blocking me from moving forward.
I set the intention that I no longer needed those old stories, and writing them down was my way to transfer them from my body to the paper.

It might take you a while to see the results, and things will come back in layers to be addressed again, again and again. But if you persist, those old stories will move out of your body and leave space for the new ones.
And if you want a tip to accelerate your process, read the book “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself: How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One” by Joe Dispenza. It’s a life-changing book.

Automatic writing

Many times, we don’t even know that we are running on automatic programs and limiting beliefs. That is when automatic writing can be a tremendous help in the process of uncovering those hidden thoughts, feelings, and habits and assist with understanding how we got them. Only then can we address them.
You cannot heal what you don’t know needs healing.

Scripting and gratitude

Scripting is a technique to write your desires into reality. And it works much better and faster when we add the magic of gratitude because, as my teacher Dr. Joe Dispenza says: “Gratitude is the ultimate state of receivership,”
This is the secret to the law of attraction, a secondary universal law to the law of vibration.
If you are vibrating the elevated emotion of gratitude, the law of attraction will bring your creation to you.
I’ve got a mini-course on the universal laws here if you want to learn more about it.

The tricky part of this practice that many people don’t understand is that it can take some time to see results if we have a lot of unconscious limiting beliefs that don’t allow us to vibrate at the higher frequency that we need to receive.

Sometimes, it takes a lot of work to change our energy from all the programming we’ve received since birth.
And I’ve found that Journaling is the best way to declutter your brain and gain clarity.
Get a journal and start today. Then come back here and share how writing your heart out changed your life.

In love & gratitude,
Denise, xx
